Especially now, at the vigil of winter, the vision of a Bedouin four-poster bed on the white sandy beach at sunset with a martini cocktail and delicious buffet for a reasonable price is shattering! We can see the red ball of decending sun in our martini glasses and the operative word is PEACE. The service from the nearby bar is excellent and the martini arrives exactly as ordered. Then the music and the buffet table are set up: vegetable cous-cous, pasta salad, and farro salad. Perfect. It is a half hour from Rome and well worth the ride. There is no way I can give it less than four glasses.
Specialmente adesso, alla vigilia dell’inverno, la visione di un letto da beduino a baldacchino sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca al tramonto con un martini cocktail e un delizioso buffet per un prezzo ragionevole è sconvolgente! Noi possiamo vedere la rossa sfera del sole che si immerge nei nostri bicchieri di martini e la parola chiave è PACE. Il servizio dal bar vicino è eccellente e il martini arriva esattamente come ordinato. Quindi inizia la musica e viene apparecchiato il tavolo del buffet: cous-cous vegetale, insalata di pasta, insalata di farro. Perfetto. Il posto dista una mezz’ora da Roma e val bene la strada. Non troviamo nessun motivo per assegnare meno di quattro bicchieri.
